Peter Politis joined the HCI Group, Inc. Board of Directors in 2021, following his participation in the Company’s Board Observer Program. He is the founder of Politis P.A., as well as a principal of real estate and development company, Xenia Management Corporation.  

Peter’s extensive background in real estate lends a logical and systematic approach to the industry. His ability to adapt allows for new development, re-capitalization of existing assets, streamlining internal processes, or vertical integration within an industry’s evolution.  

Peter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He holds a Master of Arts in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Finance from the University of Florida.
