Sue joined the HCI Group, Inc. Board of Directors in 2019, following her participation in the Company’s Board Observer Program. She currently serves as executive vice president at Capgemini SE (EPA: CAP), a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.

Previously, she was a chief operating officer and corporate officer at Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) for Business Process Outsourcing Services. Earlier in her career, Sue served as Chief Executive Officer of America’s Outsourcing and corporate vice president of Application Services at Capgemini.

Sue earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Notre Dame University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University.
